what you need:

  • 1/2 cup milk I used almond!
  • 1/4 cup filtered water
  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup yogurt I used dairy free coconut milk yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

what you need to do:

Add all to blender and mix until smooth!
