what you need:
- 1/2 cup milk I used almond!
- 1/4 cup filtered water
- 3-4 ice cubes
- 1/4 cup yogurt I used dairy free coconut milk yogurt
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
what you need to do:
Add all to blender and mix until smooth!
