This is my way of eating ranch and not feeling * guilty * so please, join me in the fun.
what you need:
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice, fresh is preferred
- Special equipment needed: food processor, mason jars
what you need to do:
- This is as simple as it gets…….put all of the ingredients into your food processor and pulse until all is combined and the dill is fine.
- Spoon into mason jars and store in the fridge!
- If you want a large batch just double up on everything.
